Day trips run hourly — from a few hours to a full day — with local driver-guides who personalise every experience, and combo products blend transfers, sightseeing, luggage drops and ferry connections.

Meet & Greet · Pre-book
Airport & Port Transfers
Airport and cruise movements are complex, and guests don’t always arrive when bookings are made. Our own ground team is right there to meet guests and direct them to drivers, with presence across key New Zealand ports.
We integrate with every key airport, hotel, lodge and accommodation provider. On arrival, our chauffeurs wait in the pre-book areas holding named signage — with meet & greets, multiple-flight meets and inter-terminal transfers for individuals through to large groups.

Government & Diplomatic
Embassies, consulates and governments often need considerable additional coordination for their groups, especially during diplomatic visits. Hallmark specialises in coordinating multiple governmental groups across cities and programmes, with sensitivity to any cultural, religious or personal requirements.
Programmes may include advance parties, embassy and consulate officials, large-fleet dynamics and 24/7 service. Our chauffeurs are screened and understand etiquette and professional responsibility — delivering visits efficiently, discreetly and professionally. Specialised Baggage Handling
Luggage Transfers
Baggage — whether accompanying guests or moving in bulk — sometimes needs specialised handling. We operate luggage trucks from 2,500 kg to 10,000 kg and vans for smaller movements of 10–20 passengers.
- Drops — luggage delivered to hotels while guests head to their first stop
- Pick / Drops — bags meet guests at their final destination
- Storage — held for hours, days or weeks until required
- Separate & Intercity — including luggage forwarded for helicopter guests
- Security — a dedicated guard with the baggage throughout
